I think someone higher up needs to check out their employees in the Hagerstown store. Saturday after black Friday I went there shopping, all of the employees were very rude, didn't want to help you and they could care less, everyone of them. I thought it was because they were real busy so I went the next day thinking things would be better and no way, the same. I asked a girl to help me and she yelled she was helping someone else, then when she finished she never did ask to help me. My sister went the same weekend and said the same thing. The lady behind me in line said they are always rude! They don't hurry at the check outs, they just take there time. I worked in retail before and I would NEVER think of treating my customers the way the we're treating theirs. If they don't like there jobs they should move on. I love your store but thinking about finding another one to go to. If you want a nice store, someone better check this out! I never have done this before but I can't believe it

I have found the staff to be extremely courtesy and helpful. The store is small but I have always found what I needed. I especially appreciate that the staff and management understand that woman need access to a ladies room (unlike the Winchester Jo-Anns which sent me to another store!). We quilters depend on Jo-Anns!!

I will never step foot in the Hagerstown store again. You can not make coupons available to some people and not everyone. It's definately NOT fair. The employees present on 7/25/11 at 8:30 PM were rude and had "I could care less attitudes" because there was no manager on site. No manager = poor employee attitudes. "oh sorry, we're out of coupon circulars" is not a good answer to customers. I was told on Saturday I could hold 8 yds of material for 24 hrs and I get there and discover the sale was off and the 24hr does not cover the on sale price for that 24hrs. NO customer curtousy in that store!!!

A bit smaller than some JoAnn's, but they had the basics. Pleasant and courteous staff.
