      Notably good service experience but the staff is less then professional

      Count on the doctors being wonderful. As for the accounting department don't expect to hear from them or get a bill and/or a phone call prior to them filing papers in court. So don't let them talk you into accepting assignment you will get sued. if they are not on your insurance find another doctor.
