This is our 4th Accord from Hagerstown Honda and again I was very pleased with the whole experience. This dealership is 1st class and we tell everyone in our area to shop there.Upon our arrival, Brandon met us right outside the showroom. He had the Black 2009 Accord waiting for us to test drive. My husband is a coach and had baseball practice until 2:00 on Saturday. We drove a little over an hour and arrived around 3:30. After the test drive, Brandon pulled up the screen and showed us all the numbers, we talked with him and told him what we needed to hear. We then talked to Matt and he also was very informative and took care of finding us the best interest rate. He took care of all the details. We left the dealership at 6:00, driving my beautiful new car. The Service Dept. had it sparkling. I loved it on Saturday and I'm still loving it today.I love and trust my Honda. I have never owned one that let me stranded. I will never buy anything another make.
