This company is contracted with five of Lowe's stores. They start your project, then the guys are pulled to start another project so you're lucky if you have them more than 3 days a week. A lot of redo's because of mismeasurements (only had 24 inches to get into kitchen) on our project which started in October and we are still awaiting them (end of January) to return to re-caulk backsplash in kitchenas its cracking. The guys on the project are interrupted by numerous phone calls (their supervisor telling where they are going to be the next day, etc). Will do much more research on the contractors and more than likely will never use Lowe's again on any renovations. I've cried a lot over this project and to top it off with the cold weather we have been having the cold water pipe froze in my new half bath/laundry room (this is where my kitchen use to be and we didn't have any prior problems). Hmmmm!! I could go on and on and on!!!!
