Worst mistake we made was letting these people manage our rental. The owners wouldn't return our calls and their office staff had zero idea what was going on with our rentals. Bottom line, they collected months of rents from our tenants, failed to pay us over 85% of monies collected and owed to us, and left us with mountains of bills from the city. They operate unethically and negligently. If your idea of investing in rentals is going bankrupt, by all means, hire Billwood.
