I find Beltone in Hagerstown MD exceptional in all areas. Service is outstanding by the receptionist and the technician is very knowledgeable and professional. The hearing aids and service have been outstanding since I received my hearing aids. The hearing aids have blue-tooth technology, free batteries for 3 years and free routine maintenance and replacement in the event something goes wrong and can't be fixed. Great Deal!

The audiologist (Colleen) is very attentive and said from the start to call her by her first name. She tested my ears and hearing aids to get her own statistics also. She definitely makes you feel comfortable.
