  I’m an experienced licensed massage therapist with over 10 years in practice, dedicated to providing my clients with a session tailored to meet their specific needs. Early in my career I gained valuable skills working with a chiropractor, addressing many musculoskeletal conditions and aided in post injury and post surgery rehabilitation. Moving into private practice allowed me a deeper connection with my clients and the time necessary to gain an understanding of each individual’s specific goals. Training in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports and Prenatal Massage, as well as Cupping Therapy allows for a variety of modalities for me to choose from. I deeply believe in the positive benefits of therapeutic massage for the mind and body. An intuitive, firm, yet nurturing touch infuses my work and provides for a calming experience.
