Bought a 2007 Murano one year ago and to date I have spent $3,500 on repairs and another $1500 is recommended. I do not recommend buying a use car from this company based on my experience. I am finished with Country Nissan
it was a peasure working with Roger Johnson (& a few other people) Saturday. After our previous experience at Country, my intentions were to get some information and take my business to another dealer. I ended up making a decision that day. Thank you!
I have never had a repair relationship with a dealership until I bought my Nissan. The people at COUNTRY NISSAN HADLEY are deeply considerate and explain things as thoroughly as I want. (yes, I like thorough). I am delighted and continue to be amazed after 5 or more years. Each of the service guys (esp. Jerry) are kind, and makes you feel like you are the only person in the world. Who would think a repair could help make a day great, but somehow they do. This one time I had a snafu, as they didn't call me to say my tire was in as promised. I had to call late the night before to be sure my appointment was appropriate. But out of years and years, this is the only snafu.

I had a very good experience with my first oil & filter change. It took about i hour to get it done I watched TV in the waiting room . When it was done the sale person come to me and showed me where to pay for the service. The young lady informed me I had ten dollars in point on my rewards card which I used and the whole thing cost me less than I planned for. Thank You Country Nissan

My experience with Country Nissan has always been a positive one. I bought my truck in April 2010 and have not regreted that decision. The service department has taken good care of me over the last almost 3 years.

I arrived on time for my scheduled LOF and was greeted by the service associate. He found my appointment and showed me to the waiting room. Once there I was greeted by my salesman who had sold me the car months ago and was pleasant and asked how things were going. After that I was greeted by the sales manager who also asked how things were going and was I happy with the car. Before I knew it the service associate came to me with my keys and explained what they had done and gave me my paperwork and even scheduled my next appointment and wished me a good day. Overall, great experience, friendly sales people and they even have great snacks.

Had a great first visit for an oil change on my new car. They were all very professional and it went very quickly. Very happy with that visit. Thank you for the free car wash too!

Customer service/sales department rates a 10. We got an excellent price on both a new car and our trade in. The managers here are excellent and we can't say enough about our individual sales person, Joe. Will definitely return when it is time to purchase a new car and we would recommend this car dealership to our friends and family
