I honestly find it very hard to believe that any of the above customers are even real customers. I am sorry, but I deal with Greenlight Insurance about 4 times a week and I've never ever had an enjoyable or fast experience with them. I am a local car dealer and I try so hard to steer my customers away from purchasing from them...but they insurance is cheap, I will give them that...the service, however...extremely rude and unprofessional. I've had numerous times when my customers were waiting for their insurance to get faxed over or they were waiting for a call back that was promised and Greenlight would close and my customer wasn't able to purchase the vehicle. I know I may sound rude but I've never in my life written a bad review about any company. I know people get busy and backed up, which I totally understand. But Greenlight is just horrible. The only person that has ever been slightly friendly is Ivy. They rest are just nasty. Unbelievably nasty.

Greenlight is the best!! I purchased a car for my daughter unexpectly and I was able to call and have the car insured in just a matter of a few hours. They were polite and professional and helped me to figure out what coverage would be best for her car. I could have asked for bette service!

they say expereince is the best teacher and i witnessed it personally with greenlight insurance specialist for their help.i called for a qoute and they took my information.in no time they call me back with different qoutes and they gave me OPTIONS with explanations of what i needed and what i can afford.they were able to save me money compared to what i was paying with my current insurance company.so i switched to greenlight because they gave me the same coverage i had with my current insurance company for less. they can save you money and time.i now have my AUTO and RENTERS POLICY WITH GREENLIGHT FOR MY PEACE OF MIND.

omg my car was in the impound and most places wanted me to come in their office to get insurance, so a friend refered me to greenlight and i called them and i got a policy over the phone in minutes i was insured and everything was done thru fax, got my police release form ready because they faxed my insurance prove to the police before i got there and faxed another one to the impound and my vehicle was ready for pick up ,i just went paid storage fees and out i was.call greenlight they are the best with qiuck service regardless of where you are they can get you covered in minutes,
