Joseph, licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, maintains memberships in the Camden County Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Pennsylvania State Bar Association. Joseph earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law. He also holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University, and both a Master's Degree and Bachelor's degree in Communication from Rowan University. His professional and legal experience encompasses a wide array of settings including extensive experience in educational law, family law and personal injury litigation.
