  After receiving his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Virginia in 1970, Attorney J. Kenneth Harris earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University in 1975. In 1979, he went on to earn his LL.M in taxation from New York University. Attorney Harris was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1985 and the Pennsylvania Bar in 1975. Before opening Harris Law Offices in 1994, he was a Naval Judge Advocate and served in the U.S. Navy for over 20 years.
