      Notably good service experience

      After a large ticket item was installed in our home, we were extremely disappointed with the quality and look of it. Lowes jumped to attention and resolved the matter in a timely way. The best part of the experience, was that the store manager and his staff became involved immediately and saw everything through to the end. They visited our home to review the product, and they have followed up with personal phone calls to ensure our satisfaction. Products fail, customer service should never fail...and it didn't at Lowe's of Hackettstown! We'll be back for more good prices and good service.
