Jay Schuster has been my dentist for over 20 years. I have always been impressed by his knowledge and enthusiasm for new technology and materials in dentistry and his responsible approach to his work. Jay readily admits when a procedure may have failed and then gets right down to setting it right. For complex restorations we as patients rely on our primary dentist to integrate the performance of other professions, e.g. implantologists and restoration manufacturers. Jay's solid reputation ensures that these other members of the team perform well. I heartily commend Jay as a real craftsman, and a nice guy too!

They tried to bill me $75 for a missed recent appointment ( I was out of the country at my father's funeral )No apology, no condolences - nothing.

I had been a patient for several years until January 09 when they tried to charge me $75 for a missed appointment. I was overseas at my father's funeral. They did not offer an apology or condolences.

Great dental office for the whole family. Very friendly office staff. The doctors were very professional and curtious. The hygienist was informative, very thorough and extremely gentle.
