I had just about had enough with the repercussions this accident had caused me. After dealing with delays from insurance companies, reembursement checks getting "lost" in the mail, and now needing to see a chiropractor 3x a week from my brand new volkswagon getting rearended, I expected this bumpy ride (for lack of better words) to get even bumpier once i paid a visit to the autobody shop. To my surprise, I couldn't have been dealing with any better people then these 2 italian brothers who own Ricca's Autobody. Not only did i enjoy the fact that they had jumped through hoops to get my bumper delivered to them at the earliest date possible, their hardworking assistants put in a longer work day to complete the assembly and to match the color impeccably to the rest of my car. Did I mention this was all completed in less than 24 hrs?!
