My grandmother was on the cardiac unit. The staff was very caring and friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone. The building is beautiful and the food is great. I give it a five star rating.

I was a patient at PHCC twice...both times for knee replacement surgery, and I couldn't ask for better accomodations. The staff is caring and genial, the building is spotless, the food delicious and plentiful. I had a pleasant stay (twice), and have recommended the facility to others.

My medications were not administered on time; meds could not be found and nurses would have to go to another floor to get what was needed; most important were the pain meds that I needed due to the knee replacement that I had just had a few days prior. Serious attitude adjustments would help--it truly is a shame what has happened to health care and the people that are supposed to help you recover and make you feel better.
