Horrible service to home owners they only take care of their Business Jobs (from Contractors and referrals from Real estate Lawyers for Closings) I got permits and planned days off to do the work and they never showed up to do the survey then after calling them they said they would do it in the beginning of the next week then they still did not do it and after I got fed up and told them I was going to get some one else then they come and then charge for a copy of the drawing from the closing on the house that they only added 4 dots to and then they did not even put in all 4 stakes 2 were preexisting from another Surveyor and they got the survey wrong too the POB was marked wrong by over two feet. These guys really don't care they only want to get paid for doing little to no actual work.
