I have absolutely no complaints about Cindy's Cleaners. They are under new management, and the owner is really welcoming. Their work is thorough and neat, and their prices are cheaper than many of the cleaners in the neighborhood.



I brought in a suit to get pressed and cleaned in the morning. I had a tough stains near the cuffs and a few other spots. I told her I needed it as soon as possible, and she told me she could have it ready for pick up by lunch break.



Was really impressed with how quick and meticulous Cindy's Cleaners is! Even though it is in a bit of a hidden plaza, I will definitely be coming back!

Worst customer service EVER!!!!!!!! Dropped off my husband's suit a few day before we were scheduled to leave the country for a wedding we were attending. I had verified closing time when dropping off the garment, and was informed the shop closed at 7pm. I arrived at 5:58pm just in time to catch the woman leaving. I stopped her in time and told her SHE had told me closing time was 7pm. She said, "that's correct, but I go by MY CLOCK, do you want to come in and see what time MY clock says!" Really? You're are closing an hour early and you are giving me attitude!?!? She agreed to OPEN the door so I could pick up the suit that I needed because we were to fly out that same night. When she saw that the time really was only 6:00 and not 7:00 on HER clock, she didn't even have the courtesy to apologize. If I had arrived 2 minutes later, I would have been forced to buy another suit! I wonder if she even cleaned the garment. Never again. Buyer beware!!!

I brought in my new shirt for dry cleaning which as $190.00 and when I went to pick it up, the staff burnt and I found stains all over my shirt!!!!!!!!! Beyond the cleaning, the service was so poor. I tried calling mulitple time without anyone picking up the phone!



Here is my suggestion, dont use this cleaner!
