the other review written is wrong. ive been with john adams for many, many years. they have been nothing but helpful especially with my house fire. and it is not their fault the VIN number was wrong. they cannot even give you a quote without the correct VIN number so the problem would not have happened. this is the response from a small minded person who was embarassed that they made the misteak and it was not the insurance company. John adams is a very nice place, even when you go into just pay your bill they are so polite and professional. it is like a family there because they have all been there for so long.
