Benton's doesn't have the materials to repair my 1997 Chevrolet Cavalier. I initially brought my car in on Thursday, November 19, because my windshield wipers rest in the vertical instead of the horizontal position. I really can drive the car fine without the repair, and am a bit ambivalent about it. Today I brought the car in for the third time to get the windshield wipers repaired. Last Saturday we agreed that I would bring the car in today, the Friday of my Thanksgiving vacation, and they would fix it. They told me the repair would take about an hour. I also made it clear that if the car wasn't repaired today, I wanted it back and I would not go through with the repair. Imagine my horror when I called this afternoon, and they still didn't have the parts! They have the car taken apart, and they were unable to put it together again. I am supposed to attend a performance at the Pollard tonight, but now I'll have to cancel because I have no transportation. I'm furious!
