OK I just went on Saturday thinking it wasn't going to be great since I read so many bad reviews, but I had the best time ever. We got there exactly at four when check in starts and waited about 10 min. which wasn't bad. The receptionist was friendly and got us checked in right away. The decor is beautiful which automatically gets you in a happy summer mood. The room was clean and decorated nicely, not your every other hotel room. No, there weren't any bed bugs...The waterpark is great, there's four slides, hurricane vortex, lazy river, activity pool, wave pool, hot tub, kid area, and a tower. Water was warm and the place was never cold either. They had many activities for the kids. If you think it's expensive do the math, waterpark passes for two days usually around 30/person/day. So let's say family of four that's 180 already then you stay overnight at a great place. I think it was worth every penny.
