The Physicians of Greenleaf Orthopaedic Associates, Dr. Baier, Dr. Quinn, Dr. Mayer, Dr. Collins, and Dr. Caronis, are continuing the tradition of excellence in medical care that began in Lake County over 40 years ago. The most senior founder, Thad Penn, M.D., was a fixture in the community for nearly four decades before his retirement. The five senior physicians at Greenleaf are board certified in orthopaedic surgery. The Board Certification process includes Educational and Examination components. The field of physical therapy is essential to optimize the outcome of many types of orthopaedic injuries and surgical procedures. All of our facilities offer on-site physical therapy. We are dedicated to the most progressive, productive and efficient therapy protocols. Our strong relationships between physician and therapist enhances communication to the benefit of our patients.
