I like they way they do it. There are no frills just plain down to earth people who know what they are doing and want to help us RV's enjoy their recreation. They have an RVIA Master Certified Tech, Brandon has been an unbelievable asset for knowledge and help through the years. I would be afraid to RV without him.

These guys are great. They don't B.S. me. I appreciate that. I have visited other service centers and I will not let anyone touch my RV but D&N. They know what they are doing, and they truly seem to care about their customers and the problems that they are having with their RV's. Anyone who says different must be having a bad day.

Unbelievably disappointed. If I could give them a zero star I would and they would be deserving of such. We had an issue on our coach and called them a week ahead to schedule time. When I called them to confirm they asked me if they could put somebody else ahead of me that was in a situation. I obliged. I called them the next day to find out when I can bring it up and I did so the next day. After 2 1/2 days I called to find out if there was any progress, The lady I talked to said they didn't have the time to tell me every inch and or detail I simply asked her I just need them to tell me if they have started on it or not and she became defensive. These people need to grow up and understand that a part of business is communicating with customers and being forthright. They are an hour and a half away from my home and I put trust in them. Now on the Saturday, our family's Christmas party day, I am headed back to an hour and a half north then returning an hour and a half south to head to Atlanta to drop this off to the actual dealer. From the onset I detected arrogance. That alone should have deterred me from going here, but unfortunately I did. I would highly highly highly suggest you search for other people near you before you visit this place. The disrespect and ignorance I received should never be experienced like this by any other customer. Suggestion to you guys, some training in customer service to be true far better than this. You may want to become better with customers as they provide for your income. I will also post the same exact comments on the RV forums as no one in the future should ever deserve a terrible service you yielded to me.

I keep our travel trailer meticulously clean. After having the trailer for two weeks, and it was finally ready, I picked up the trailer. I did not inspect the inside prior to leaving. BIG MISTAKE. I found parts in the floor, coffee stains on the counter, and it was INFESTED with sugar ants. Literally from the ceiling to the floor. After phoning them back, they said I could bring it back if I wanted. Like it's dropping off a pair of pants to be hymned. Do yourself a favor, do not use this business. Go with a true professional who doesn't show ineptitude and lack of respect for the customer.

Walk-through inspection was performed with customer before customer left with trailer. Coffee stains and sugar ants were pre-existing. Small Styrofoam pieces were difficult to completely remove and was mentioned to customer. We do our very best to return all trailers in as good as, or better condition than when we receive them.

Brandon, Fred and Carrie are the greatest RV Rescue team my wife Barb and I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. They are not only RV service people, their brand of customer care is one of true satisfaction and friendship. After on-site repair was done to our motorhome serpentine belt they also put us up overnight, with electric and water hookup, so they could work on the brakes and get us back on the road. D & N was extremely fair and reasonable with charges. They are not rip off artists. Two days later; after we returned to Saucier, Mississippi; Carrie even called our home to make sure we arrived home safely. Without hesitation I recommend D & N RV Service to all RVers. I have used D&N RV Service on several occasions. They have always treated me like I was the most important person in the world! They always fix my issues quickly and at a very reasonable rate. I have even seen them go way above and beyond what I had expected. One time I was late arriving and explained I was in route to my vacation when I found the problem. It was time for them to close and yet they stayed and got me fixed. It turned out they stayed over 3 hours to make sure I could get on my way. I mentioned to them how great that was and they reminded me of their slogan "your recreation is our only business". They mean it!

This is a great family owned and operated business. Very friendly and reasonable rates on service. Customer relations is important to them. They repair, rent and have a nicely stocked RV supply store. Too bad they don't do boat canvas or upholstery any longer.
