Absolutely the worst service o have ever had. Two days in a row they had excuses for not showing up for service. First day I let it slide since I was already off, they didnt even call i had to call they told me i was not scheduled for service yet supposedly they called me that morning.(i had no moss call nor message that day) so i verified AGAIN my address and phone number. Second day they gave me a time frame of 4-6pm so i asked to go home early for work sat at home from 330-605 called them and she had the nerve to tell me again I wasn't scheduled till the next day! I verified the date and time the day before and their machine answering lone even stated that I had an appointment today before I got a hold of a representative. The worst part is they didnt even admit their at fault. Both days they tried to tell me its my fault that I didn't answer the phone when no one even called me. Unprofessional ignorance. If i could give them negative stars I would. Absolutely horrible.
