I moved into the trailer park on Carter Drive last December. It is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, The children who live here are polite and well-behaved. The owners are friendly and attentive and take good care of the units. There is some bigotry from a few people on Carter Drive because the owners and the majority of the residents here are Hispanic. I have found my Latino neighbors to be hard-working, decent people and very good neighbors. Which is a lot more than I can say for some of the residents of the houses on Carter Drive, where small, dirty, half-dressed children play in the street unattended, even at twilight. This park is a nice, quiet place to live.

Rating: EXTREMELY POOR!!! The local home owners of Carter Drive consider Morias & Sons Rental LLC Trailer Park a major problem. Drugs, Drug related problems, tenants moving in and out at all times of day and night, traffic issues, speeders, tenants littering up and down Carter Drive in the yards of home owners, depreciation of home owner properties along Carter Drive, tenants with criminal backgrounds, children that are not disciplined and run the streets, and poor ownership of the trailer park. This is a run-down mess of a trailer park that just needs to be shut down for good.
