I am a former tenant of 111 Hawthorne Drive, Long Beach, MS in Old Towne Gardens. The house has thin walls. The ceiling and walls are developing cracks from where it is settling. I can hear the neighbors loud music and partying. Dogs bark nonstop through the night. The train sounds like it is next to us. The back yard stays wet. It does not drain well and mosquitoes are plenty. Kids drive four wheelers and dirt bikes in the empty lots behind our house. I have had to call the cops several times due to this. The kids also have torn up mail boxes and thrown them in the street. My other neighbors truck had his chrome siding stolen. C2C Rental Company has also been very shady with us. For the past year, I have been under the assumption that the lady that whose name is on the lease for this company was working for them. She has been picking up the rent from my mailbox every month for a year. C2C called me two months before my lease ended and stated they would send out a letter for lease re
