I hear all this talk about channels possilbly getting dropped. The cable has been going higher & higher for years & nothing has ever been done to cut the prices back down. Cable use to be 35 dollars & now its 50. Why do we not get some channels that other conties get. Like the ION station. Hancock county has them but not Harrison. I'm all for keeping prices low but the prices haven't been low in a long time. They just keep increasing . The channels that yall are talking about everybody loosing it the most watched channels by alot of ppl. Why don't you try cutting out some of other channels like ESPN, Golf stations & other sport programs. Of course by no means will any of them every get cut. I'm afraid if i loose these stations I will be looking for another provider.

I have been trying to call the local service on Three Rivers Road. I got a busy signal and now the phone rings and rings. Why is there no phone number on my monthly billing statement? I guess I will have to drive several miles to the Cable One office to get my questions answered. There sure aren't any shows on TV that are worth all this hassle. The cable hook up people are excellent.

I'm currently on the phone now trying to call for the 15th time. Trying to set up service...If customer service is this bad, I'm starting to question if I want to even use this company.

I cannot get anyone to answer the phone in order to get my business...how ridiculous is that!!! I have been trying to get a rep to give me assistance in order for me to get my internet hooked up at a new address. Cable One you need to take care of this---i am not going to wait days...i am already looking for another company.

I have been calling the local office for four days to get my servicesmoved to a different home, but there has been NO answer. The main offices located in Arizona only tell me that I need to contact this local office. Not saying that it has been bad customer support, but absolutely no customer suppport at all!
The Weather Channel local banner at the bottom of the screen is much too big, blanking out much of the Weather Channel picture. This is a recent change and needs someone that controls that aspect to take a look. The Local On The 8's is great and has the right size banner at the bottom.All other aspects of Cable One are just fine.
