Provided by YP.comThe food here is good. It is overpriced, but it is good.
Bar is awesome here. The make the best daquiris ever. Don't pass up the chance to drink here.
My food was good. We had to wait quite a while for it even though we went at lunch when there was only us and one other family, so if in a hurry you might want to come back when you have more time.
My primary concern here is that the day we were here the manager was in the bar yelling at some poor waitress. Our waitress was adequate, not overly friendly but she did her job.

Provided by YP.comGreat place to eat! Got in to town late one night after a long days drive to the beach. My friend and I were both exhausted and hungry, this place was open and I'm glad we stopped in. We both had a great meal and our server was very friendly, and he got our order out quickly. Very moderately priced and worth every cent!

Provided by YP.comRecently, I was in Gulf Shores on vacation with some friends and we visited Gulf Island Grill with the idea of experiencing some really good seafood. We ate on the patio outdoors and had a very pleasant meal. The server was extra friendly and the food was GREEEEEAAAAAAAT!!!! We had just missed lunch, but were able to find something on their menu that satisfied each budget (even the college students!). The portions were filling with some left over. My order consisted of red beans and rice, jumbo shrimp (so big and fresh and I couldn't finish them all), okra and some really good sweet tea! If you are ever in the area, try them out! By the way....I'm from Birmingham!

Provided by YP.comwe hated every other place in gulf shores and we were sure this place was not going to be any diffrent
so we went in with a bad attitude bt they changed our minds. we are from the atlanta area so we are
used to having a lot of restaurants to choose from and this one is as good as any in atl. decorations
were very cool and our server was the best looking and sweetest we have had in a long time. I had a
ribeye and it was great! big, juicy, cooked just right ,and not greasy like they are when it's cooked on
a griddle like at waffle house... this one was good and i was sick of seafood after five days so i was
happy! my wife wasn't sick of seafood and got a platter with grilled shrimp, sautee' crab claws and grill
grouper! it smelled great and almost made me want seafood again! best part is they serve this drink in
big buckett like kids use on the beach we split it and I was glad we could walk back to the condo cause
i was not driving!
