WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT GUILFORD SAAB I just wanted to give a shout out to Guilford Saab for the superb service that I just received. I just recently had a horrific experience with my car. My Saab broke down on the highway which was very frightening for me. However, I called Saab Roadside Assistance and they brought me to the nearest Saab dealer which was Guilford Saab. They took me right in and they were able to get the problem fixed within a day's time. Even though I was not a previous customer there, they still were able to give me a ride to my home which was not that close. Then they picked me up when my car was ready. The service team was beyond helpful and my car is doing great. I was very suprised at the effort they took to get my car back to me asap. This 5 star rating is deserved. THANK YOU!!!

I recently visited Guilford Saab for service on my vehicle after relocating to Connecticut. I have to say that I received the best service that i've ever had on any of my Saab vehicles. The service dept explained everything about my car, what was required and what was not needed due to me having my previous records. It's nice to move to a new state and find a repair shop that you can trust. I would recommend anyone living in the area to take your car to Guilford Saab whether it's a saab or another model. I will continue my service with them and when i'm looking to buy another saab, it will be purchased there. Also to top things off, I got a free car wash and vacuum. Kutos to Guilford Saab

Absolutely frightening experience with most unprofessional service rep.

Our car broke down shortly after a service at this dealership. We spent over $1,500 within the two weeks prior to this event and unfortunately my wife was treated with disdain and a dismissive attitude by the service rep. When I went to pay for the new repairs, I asked this person if she had a dificult time with my wife and she began her explanation by saying "Listen, I take abuse from customers all day long!" I told her I don't have to listen to her and she should be ashamed of the way she treated my wife.When the vice president heard the argument in the customer area, he came in and without asking for an explanation, he told me I was not welcome in his place any longer. I know I am only one custumer, but I feel that for the money I spend there, a modicum of decency should at least be extended in a courteous manner. It most certainly was not the case here.
