I just took my Lexus into A-1 Complete Auto Care for some maintenance items. I walked in, told them what needed to be done (spark plugs, wires rotor and distributor cap)... I was given an estimate for parts and labor. I had the work done and there were no surprises. I asked them to look at my brakes which were in bad shape, and received a very fair estimate. All I can say is I've used various places around town for my cars, and feel that A-1 gives you high quality work for a very competitive price. Some give you quality, and you shake your head when see the bill... and others give you a great price, and then you regret ever going there.... A-1 is the best of both worlds and I will continue to go back and highly recommend them!!!

I rolled into A-1 Complete off of I-95 with coolant spewing, and within a short time-frame, I was back on the road, in one piece, heading to Florida. Jon and his father were great. They came recommended by the auto parts store across the street I initially stopped at -- I'm from Massachusetts and went in there cold, not knowing them or the area -- but everyone was really friendly, and they gave me a good price on the work they did. The waiting room was clean and uncharacteristically nice for a mechanic's place. They have a TV, free coffee, and a baby changing table in the bathroom, which surprised me. I wanted to write a review on here just in case anyone runs into trouble on I-95 like I did. These guys are great!

I brought my car in and I was impressed with the professionalism and how clean and customer friendly the waiting room was. They did not try to sell me something I did not need as well, which was refreshing.
Great service, honest family run business.... I cannot believe I received a follow up call from the store manager simply checking to make sure I was pleased. I will suggest this place over any place in the area!

I take my new Tahoe there for service and have been completely satisfied with both the work performed and the fair pricing. I have referred several of my coworkers who include doctors to the shop & they too are happy to have a trustworthy repair shop to go to. 2 thumbs up from me!

I never write reviews but I couldn't believe how clean this repair shop is.They were very nice and helpful. It was nice to be able to go in and them for try to sell me something just because I'm a woman.

I have dealt with the store manager/owner Jon on a number of occasions. My interactions with him at his previous employer were all very honest, straight forward and pleasurable. I just relocated to Guilford and was surprised to hear of the coming auto repair store. I know my family of cars will be in good hands. We have a brand new car which is under manufacturer warranty, A-1 Complete Autocare will be able to work on the new car under my current warranty. Hearing this made me very happy, the service station at my car dealer is not the greatest to deal with and quite dirty, to say the least! I have two small children and a business to run, hearing there will not only a play room but Wi-Fi makes my life that much easier. I will do what I can to get the word out to as many people I can. All around win ? win for me and the town of Guilford! A local favorite, or highly recommended because

this is going tobe a great place to bring your car . the owner Jon used to work on my car at a prior shop . Jon is a great guy that helps his cust away he can. his new shop is great it has a KIDS ROOM , INTERR NET AREA WITH FREE WI-FI COFFIE BAR AND A GREAT WAITING ROOM.Jon always will explain in detail what is going on with your car and will work with you
