      I am a new customer to Groveport Canal Animal Hospital. I needed there service during an emergency. Dr. Shapiro was wonderful, she met me after hours at the animal hospital. She was able to evaluate my pets' critical condition and provide a variety of options. We decided on medical management, with close observation over the weekend. I recieved a call from Dr. Shapiro everyday. Although I was not able to take my loving pet home, the care, compassion and empathy helped me deal with this very difficult time in my life. I can never thank the hospital staff and Dr Shapiro for all they have done for me and my family. We look forward to bringing a new pet into our home and will definetly change all of our vet care over to this hospital. Thanks so much.. Marcia
