We boarded,our 2 dogs at this facility. We provided enough food for their stay. However, when we called to check on them we were told they were out of food. We sent our son to drop off more food for the remainder of their stay. When we picked them up, more food was missing and they did not know why. Over the next few days, both dogs got extremely ill causing hospital stays.The vet said they were fed some type of food other than what they were used to. The vet bill was high and when we confronted the owner, she said her staff would never feed them anything wrong. When we picked the dogs up, the older one was covered in feces and they stated they did not have time to bathe them.Well, something went wrong at this facility and we will never use them again. After a $1400 vet bill, the owner never even offered to comp their stay or offer anything but an apology and excuse for her staff.
