Not always friendly. Seem to forget that if it wasn't for the customer they wouldn't be there. I realize they deal with sick people needing meds "now" but they shouldn't take it personally and should still make it a pleasant place to pick up your meds. Training from the QT headquarters would certainly help a lot of businesses. I have been asked to come back in an hour and still waited another hour. I have also been asked to come back another day to pick up a medicine when I live 20 miles away only to get home and have a message that my prescription is ready.
