I will never spend another dime in any of these stores. Even with a receipt they will not honor their 30 day warranty. They would rather alienate their customers for some reason. Even calling corporate over my situation I was originally told that the local store was wrong and then they called back 10 minutes later saying they didn't realize the local location's policy was as it is. I am in customer service/sales as well and if I treated my customers like they treated me I would not have a job. I will definitely never shop here again and I will make it a point to go out of my way to make sure none of my friends or family ever buy there again. Don't waste your money with this greedy store! Go somewhere and spend your money where they value your business.
