This place is awesome. The staff is nice!

Nice apartments. Maintenance and management take care of the place. Clean well cared for apartments. I'm a long time tenant. The new management have really done a good job cleaning up and getting all the problem people out.

Staff is very good. They take care of problems pretty quick. Only bad stuff I heard is from people who were getting evicted. We had some money trouble and they waived our late fee as a courtesy. Landlord is willing to help people if they need it. Apartment is not fancy but very clean and everything works. The grass and landscaping always looks really good.

i have lived here for a little over a year and to date, I have had issues with the landlords coming into my apartment on multiple occasions without any notice, and even though I pay an additional $50 per month to have my 2 dogs with a combined weight of 6 lbs, I have received 4 notices that they may force me to remove my dogs because they have peed on the landscaping and not in the correct area. You heard correctly; I always scoop and dispose of their waste, so the complaint is that the dogs are not allowed to urinate on the bushes. In addition to this, I have made 7 complaints for noise against another tenant which have been ignored and that same tenant was caught red handed stealing my cable and they still have not taken action against them. Think twice before renting here as you will be harassed.

Nice quiet place. the only problems I had were with the landlord. He likes to forget about problems with the apartments and constantly hits on the single mothers living there, making you fee veryl uncomfortable.
