- Sunrise YogaA Yoga class first thing in the morning can be a wonderful way to start your day. Students will be guided through a series of fundamental Ashtanga based postures. Begin each day on your mat to help awaken and energize your body, mind, and breath.
- Hot VinyasaIn this upbeat class, students will be guided through a series of both classic and innovative yoga postures. The classroom is heated to a toasty 85 degrees to help loosen muscles and create internal heat. Students will flow through a variety of postures including standing postures, balancing postures, arm balances, back bends, and inversions. Prior to attending class, a basic understanding of asana (such as surya namaskar & chaturanga dandasana) is recommended but not required. Attend a Vinyasa class and watch as your strength, flexibility, and confidence grow to full potential.
- Slow Flow VinyasaAs the name suggests, Slow Flow offers students the opportunity to participate in a slower-paced vinyasa practice. Fundamentals of flow and alignment will be introduced and guided throughout the class. Students might move through classic sequences such as Surya Namaskar as well as a variety of basic standing postures, gentle back bends, twists, or forward folds. This is a perfect class for students who are new to Yoga or just new to Vinyasa Flow.
- Donation Community YogaOur 11am Sunday Community Class is a Slow Flow taught by a different FLY Teacher each week. All donations support a different non-profit.
