Grinnell Community Middle School, located in Grinnell, Iowa, enrolls more than 600 students in grades five through eight. It offers an academic program that is designed for students who intend to continue their formal education. It provides a comprehensive educational program, including core subjects, such as mathematics, English, social studies, computers and science. Additionally, special courses are offered to all students, which include art, music and health, and physical education. It offers facilities, such as an art room, science room and library. Community service projects are part of each grade. All students are invited to take part in a variety of extracurricular activities, including its drama club and math league, and various sports, such as baseball, basketball and volleyball.
