Precision Control Systems, founded by Andrew Arnold in 1980, is one of the largest independently owned temperature control and energy retrofit providers in the Midwest. It is an independent field office of TAC Controls, a subsidiary of Schneider Electric. Schneider Electric is a control and equipment conglomerate that includes brand names, such as Square D, Invensys, Andover and Robertshaw. In addition to building automation and control, Precision Control Systems capabilities include mechanical repair and retrofit, training, preventive maintenance services, software support, lighting retrofits, security monitoring and access control. The company offers preventive maintenance and repair services for air handling units, boilers, water chillers, cooling towers and pumps.
