Our firm was founded in Griffin, Georgia in 1994 with a goal of serving clients effectively and efficiently. We have dedicated our practice to providing our clients with expertise and integrity. Since its inception our firm has endeavored to develop a reputation for achieving positive results in a wide range of legal areas including auto accidents and wrongful death; commercial and complex business litigation; contracts and business disputes; business entity formation; banking and collection law; creditor oriented bankruptcy; real estate transactions, foreclosures, and property disputes; and estate, trust and probate matters. We also base a substantial part of our practice on family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, paternity, legitimation, and adoption. Our firm engages in a variety of other areas of law, but we won’t hesitate to associate with or refer prospective clients to other attorneys in the event that a particular matter falls outside of our regular areas of practice.
