Mostly we charge based on time and how long the repair takes. We guarantee all of our work, Even if we work on your pc or laptop for 6-8 hrs and if for any reason we can't repair your computer and /or if it cost to much to repair, we wont charge you until we've gone over the repair cost at that time. If you then choose to not have anything done, (even though we've spent hours on your computer) we still DON'T charge you unless you choose to do so.
