This was my forth procedure over the past 16 years. I rate this company ahead of others that I have used. The entire staff was very professional, caring and reassuring. Dr K answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. The procedure prep nurse was outstanding, she spoke in a soft tone, explained everything before doing it, very reassuring. My appointment was established in a timely manner, they worked me in four days after my first office visit. Wait times were well within acceptable time frame. My entire family uses this company, not one complaint for any of us. The worst part of the entire procedure is drinking the prep fluids.
