The Gretna Community Living Center is an approximately 60-plus-bed facility that provides 24-hour skilled nursing and personalized care programs. Located in Gretna, Neb., the center offers physical, occupational and speech therapies. It provides wound care, nutritional evaluation, and short- and long-term rehabilitative services. The Gretna Community Living Center also offers respiratory care and infusion therapy programs. The center features case management, medication monitoring and discharge planning programs.
