Love this store, it carries of a variety of Korean and western products..and this is a good thing, but still not everything can be found there...such as; Korean Corn Syrup, Sesame leaves ( (Perilla), or Cod Fish (fresh or frozen), Pollack (fresh or frozen), Bell flower root = (DoRiGi), Pakaged Mung Bean Sprouts, (cuts down on the bacteria that's carried from handling fresh ones from open binds), Packaged Soy Bean Sprouts (i.e. less bacteria) Tofu pockets; and most of all Korean Soju, Hite Beer (rice beverage), Manari, Fernbrake - aka Gosari (fresh or dried), these are traditionally used in everyday Korean cooking as well as fish sausage, sea snails (GolBaengi), Fresh Clams and Mussels. Basic and essentials of Korean cooking. I wish they will add these basic necessities of Korean cusine to their inventory of goods. It would be extremely appreciated, especially since this is the only market on the West bank. Other markets aren't excessible in that the distance is so great, Metarie etc.
