it used to be called east park apts been bought and now called zimmer,, i lived there 5 years ,, my apt had black mold in the bath room ,, hall closet,, and my bed room,, when the upstairs person ran there shower ,, there was a pipe leaking water in my ceiling bathroom ,, water was dripping from the ceiling,,caused mold in my bath room and the bathroom ceiling got so water logged the ceiling came down and flooded my apt ,, the one bed rooms way to small ,, no dining room,, when i started living there in 2010 i payed 440 per month for 1 bedroom apt,, and i went back after the apts got sold and remodeled, some guy told me he pays 1100 dollars per month for the same remodeled apt ,, they do look nice after remodeled but the apt is too small

A friend told me she was not allowed to visit her mother because of people going up and down the stairs. it had nothing to do with them but they got blamed. other rumors were also spread and was not a fact and not enough to band her from visiting her mom. the apartment manager is one sided. she is also against visitors and said they are the biggest problem at the apartments. she is quick to point her finger and lays down her own set of rules. She is very unreasonable. If you don't mind living under someone like that, then this is the place for you!
