Thanks for the great experience, all! We bought a top of the line oven and cooktop, with extra accessories. The sales staff was great, and so helpful. We didn't feel pressured by sales people, but got lots of information over course of several months, while trying to find solutions to some unique issues in our kitchen. Any other showroom might've tired of trying to help us, with our complex situation and countless phone calls, but Reigelmann's happily helped us all the way through, still giving us the lowest price anywhere. Delivery was professional, friendly and on time. Thanks, one and all!

I have been shopping at Riegelmann's for several years.
Just recently I requested a service call for my Frigidaire
refrigerator. The service man said that this particular model has had many problems with the ice machine (this was the third time for me) He said that the Riegelmann's were meeting with Frigidaire soon and that they would be able to get me a brand new model to replace this one at no charge. I could hardly believe it. Sure enough within a few weeks they had the new model delivered to me and took away the old one which was 5 years old. If this isn't amazing enough, the fact that I didn't originally purchase this refrigerator from them makes me sing their praises even more. So great to do business with a local and family run company. I'll only go to Riegelmann's in the future.
