Burnside = 100 times better than this poorly ran store.. The store Mananger of this location should quit!

Went there yesterday around 1pm at the drivethru..The girl at the Window didnt say Hi or thank you, just what my total was and she forgot my Fries! COMPLETLY RUDE! I wont go back....Nice job guys

This place has EXTREMELY poor customer service. If you want Burger King your best bet is to go to the one on Burnside. Atleast at that one you dont have to deal with people that bag your food wrong and hand you the wrong kids meal so when you ask them if this was someone elses order they tell you they bagged it wrong so just take it out of the other bag and put it in there. They even promote toys that they dont have and when you ask when they will recieve them they respond I dont know this is what were giving out so that's all your getting. Saying this to my 6 year old who starts to cry because she's upset that the lady is so mean. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND EATING AT THIS LOCATION!!!!
