After reading the reviews on this company I was a little gun shy about purchasing an RV from them. After months and months of searching my wife and I found the RV we had always wanted and ended up purchasing a motor home through these guys about 2 months ago, and haven't been happier. These guys were great to work with and very knowledgeable of the RV's they had on their lot which impressed my wife and I as I've owned an RV for the last 33 years and learned a few new things from them. They told us what they were going to fix on the motor home we were purchasing and when we went to pick it up they had everything fixed and then some. They put an upgraded faucet in for us, had the motor home detailed again, and topped off our fuel tank and propane tank. They showed us that you can't judge a book by its cover, some people you just can't make happy. I would buy from these guys again when it comes time to upgrade!

My wife and I live out of our RV full time and this is the 4th RV we have purchased in our lifetime and was the easiest and smoothest transaction ever! My wife had a list of things she wanted to have addressed on the RV and the owner of the business took care of all of it and even installed a bigger grab handle for my wife to help with getting in and out of the RV which wasn't even on her list of things she wanted done. If I'm ever in the market for another RV, I'm going back to these guys for sure!

I had them put tires on before I purchased (which they did). But big mistake in not getting the receipt before purchasing vehicle. Asked several times for the receipt in case of problems. Guess what, I still don't have it. Does everyone see a trend with the comments listed here?

I was also promised a trip permit to get the vehicle home since I'm 3 hours away, didn't get that either. Had to gamble on driving vehicle on expired license. If you feel you must buy from them better be very careful! Before you give them a dollar make sure you have everything covered. If you've forgotten anything, too bad. You're screwed. Go somewhere else to buy!!!!!!

My story is the similar to the others on this page. Bought RV with low miles, after test drive and run through with RV person there I took it home. I was told it came with 3 month warranty, the type you can take it to authorized service places all over. I verified this with owner since I am from out of town. Didn't want to drive all the way back there. I was assured it was. Well that was a LIE! After using a couple weeks the slide quit working. After going back and forth with them for a month I was told to bring it there for repair. Of course this is after I had taken it in to repair place close to home. So I'm without a warranty that they promised and out over $2000.00 for the repairs. I even asked about covering part of the repairs and call it even, no luck there either. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!! Once they have your $ they could care less about you. They certainly care NOTHING about customer service.

I bought a car from them in last week. So far I have had nothing but problems. I have spent over 350.00 for wheel bearings and 2 cylinders that were misfiring and yesterday it wouldn't start for an half hour leaving me stuck. Also when I took it for a test drive it was almost on empty so that I couldn't drive it far. I didn't think anything about it but now I will be more careful next time. Lesson learned!

These folks buy auction and repossessed vehicles, do nothing to check them out as to safety and functionability and sell them as near new. If you buy from them, be sure to make them pay to have unit completely checked our or you will be stuck with a huge bill to make the unit roadworthy. I bought and didn't do this and it cost me over $5000.00 to get it ready to travel. Be aware!!!!!

Bought a used motorhome here and within 300 miles the front began to shake when the brake was applied. Took to mechanic. Diagnosis was brakes were worn and rotors warped, pads like burnt marshmallows, ball joints loose, oil like tar, oil filter rusted through, trans. fluid burnt, rear differential lube spent, radiator needed flushed, air filter full of bugs and road garbage, needed front end alignment, brake fluid needed flushed as did the transmission fluid. These folks not need to represent their units as "like new". ;Total cost of repairs - $4500.00!!!! Oh yes, the unit showed only 24,000 miles.
