This is a very unprofessional nail salon. They charge an extra $5 for what they call excessive dead skin removal due to the high request for pedicures during their busy times. This was my second time going there and my first time was ok considering I didn't have to pay the extra 5$. I had the same amount of skin or less on my feet to be removed this second visit and they weren't even busy. They had open chairs for pedicure and no one was waiting at the front. When I get ready to pay the owner who is very unprofessional fail to tell me he was going to charge extra just swiped my card and said you saw the sign. I mean what constitute excessive dead skin? The nail tech did not stay on my feet long enough to get what they call excessive skin off my feet. I have been to numerous nail salons way bigger and some smaller and never have anyone charged this bogus charge. This is a rip off. They didn't even massage my hands during my manicure.
