i call to come in the women on the phone is very nice. i tell her about my taxes and why im needing help and she tells me to come on in. im greeted then sent back to another women...this women looks at me like im crazy. right off the bat she has an attitude because im 10-99 and its my first time being so. she keeps looking at me over my her glasses like im the devil because i have tattoos. she tells me well if im gonna have to itemize this its an extra 100 dollers per hour. i told her i only had like 8 receipts. she starts adding them up which took 1 min and says you OBVIOUSLY cant count cause there where 12. seriously then proceeds to tell me if i cant trust her to do my taxes i can go ahead and walk out the door still staring at me with look of disgust over her glasses...from the moment i walked into her little room of doom she treated me like an idiot...needless to say i walked. i would never recommend anyone to this place. Worst encounter i'v had...all i can say is WOW
