Sloppy, haphazard service at very high prices. They botched a landscaping job for us. Took them going on a year and a half to finish a neighbor's job because they wouldn't show up to do the work that neighbors had already been paid for. The 'maintenance' they do entails using other folks' property to bring in heavy equipment every week, without permission. Very messy - they leave red mud tracks on our sidewalks, driveways, etc. every week because they choose to not walk/take heavy equipment through the yards they are actually working on. They are just not worth the extra money or effort...shop around.

Nice enough people however the service was marginal. I paid them to design the landscape, plant the landscape, plan the irrigation around the landscape design, install the irrigation and do the weekly service of the yard. Furthermore, I did everything additional they asked including aerating, fertilizing, fungicides, pesticides and pH adjustments. After three years, my yard is marginal at best. Many of the plantings are struggling and many have been replaced. Everything that was done required constant reminding and never was done in a timely fashion. Finally I have a new service. They pointed out to me that most of the shrubs were planted by simply digging a hole big enough for the rootball and then pluncking it in without any additional soil. They pointed out that in red clay, the hole should be dug 2 to 3 times larger than the rootball and then mixed with good soil and humus. They are now digging up and re-planting many of the shrubs placed by Groundsmaster.

Groundsmaster (Greer, SC) has been doing the landscaping (lawns and beds) for my lot and neighbors and the lawns are full of weeds and have thinned. The beds are also full of weeds. Very difficult to get the basics done.
