Provided by YP.comMesser is a reputable family owned
business that has operated for generations.
I had frameless shower door enclosure
and glass shelves installed, and the
workmanship was excellent.
Messers does what they say they will do, does it correctly, stands behind
their work, and has excellent customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

So I needed 2.5 feet of 1/8th glass cut - in 3 pieces(1@ 12x12 and 2 @12x8). I went yesterday and dropped off the templates to Dixie Messer glass on Main street. Ive had these exact pieces of glass cut from them before and the bill was very reasonable around $40. This time I didn't ask for a quote as I figured it "may" be more at most $75. I was called to a bill of $131!! I was then told this 1/8th frosted glass was $18.00 a SQ ft and I had to pay for 6 feet of it. I said fine and asked for the remaining glass - to which the lady owner told me that its in the garbage as they don't keep cut offs. What I don't understand is why would they throw away MORE glass than I took from the 6 sq ft section - it that was true. I tried to be logical, respectful, and nice to the elderly lady owner but she told me just to go somewhere else. She told me its like lumber - you pay for a certain amount no matter what size its cut. Funny - last time I bought a sheet of plywood at Home Depot and had it cut for the size I needed - I got to keep BOTH PIECES!!
I left without spending money and without my glass.
Just thought Id put it out there. Now I have to find a new glass shop to get my glass cut for the heated build plates for my printers.

Provided by YP.comOrdered a new glass shelf for my curio cabinet. Took them one of the original shelves that had one corner chipped off about half an inch. I pointed that out to the woman. Picked it up today and didn't notice until it was actually in the cabinet that they copied the chip!! Not really a big deal but I did spend $30 for it. I called and the same woman was not apologetic at all. She told me that I could bring the shelves back but it's a huge inconvenience. I needed to get this taken care of because I had all this stuff sitting around in the way and Christmas is next week!! It really bothers me that this woman never said, "I'm sorry." I'm afraid if I go back in there I may regret what I say. I'll just remember NOT to ever go back there.
